Dayv’s Nic Fit

“Nic Fit”, featuring Cabal Therapy and Veteran Explorer, is one of my favorite strategies in Legacy. The idea is to put out many basic lands, then follow it up with whatever expensive spell you want (the less playable, the better). Let’s face it — I just wanted to play something fun for this tournament, and what better place to play a deck like this than a tournament with no stakes and decklists available to help me name the right card with Cabal Therapy. I constructed the main deck to have the ability to randomly win against Sneak and Show, Storm, Elves, or a few other decks, while having plenty of elements to go long against fair decks. Here’s hoping that I’ll have access to Cabal Therapy and Veteran Explorer in each of my opening hands, or else this might get embarassing.”
